Need new brakes in my BMW 325i, should I go with the ceramic brakes?

I have read a little about these.

The main benefit I am looking for is the reduce in the brake dust on the wheels, I have found them on sites for just a little more than regular pads. Should I go with ceramic or stick with regular??

Like what is the PROs and CONs of these. will I need to change my rotors as well? how much less brake dust will there be? how good are they in stopping quality? Do they really outlast regular brakes by that much?

Or would I not even notice any difference in getting these? except for priceNeed new brakes in my BMW 325i, should I go with the ceramic brakes?
For street use I've heard good things about ceramic pads, particularly from Akebono and Hawk. There don't seem to be significant CON's, and the PRO's are lower dust, quiet and good stopping power, all with a decent life. all pretty much what you want in a street pad.

I think you'll find that OE pads will have slightly better initial bite and modulation, but they are very dusty. I would give the ceramic pads a try.
