How do change distributer cap on a 95 camaro Z28?

I need to change the distributer cap on my 95 camaro Z28 LT1 350 I know you have to take out water pump. isn't there a special tool to take off the distributer cap and what tool is that? Does any one know where i can get good instuction to do this job? I am a fairly skilled mechanic but i have never messed with one of these LT1's before it looks like a big job just to change cap and rotor and plug wires. I called a shop and they want an arm and a leg to do the labor. How do change distributer cap on a 95 camaro Z28?
Don't know how big of a hurry you're in. I could get the procedure from AllData for you, but not 'til Tuesday. If you want me to, send me an e-mail address in the meantime, so I can attach some files and diagrams. It's definitely a big job compared to the old distributor cap setup, about the same as doing a timing chain on the older 350's.

I saw that somebody mentioned what they called a %26quot;reverse Torx%26quot; screw holding the cap on. I'm guessing that they mean a %26quot;tamper-proof Torx%26quot; headed screw. It's like a regular Torx, except with a little knob in the middle, so the regular style won't fit in. Should be able to get a hold of a set at most Auto parts stores.
