2002 Accord V6 CPE-Changing Brakes/Rotors?

I need to change the brakes on my 02 accord, was just quoted by pep boys for some ceramics (rear only) for 250bux. I feel like that's a ripoff, I want to change the brake pads/rotors all around since I think thats the best thing to do, how much do you think I should spend, I am NOT a DIY person so please do not tell me to DIY. take it to sears automotive and get a price/go to firestone/walmarts/goodyear/check it out
