Jack it up take the wheel off, then take the caliper off. After the caliper is off the rotor will slide right off.How to change rotors brakes of 03 trail blzer?

After you take the tire off , you have to loosen the tension on the brake pads, to do this ,its very easy to use two large screw drivers on each side of the pads, after they have the tension off ,remove the caliper with an allen socket {probably be Metric } then remove rotor, to install the calipers back use C- clamp to push the caliper back in, using one of your old pads as a place to tighten down on with your C- clamp, then replace all back making sure you tighten the calipers back in place.How to change rotors brakes of 03 trail blzer?
Same as other above ons,behind your caliper should be two bolts they should be metric,take those off you should have a rode connected to the screw those are for your floating caliper.then just lift up on the caliper.remember to put some grease on the rodes so they stay lubracated .Other than that never let your caliper hang by the brake hose line just hang it on something where its not to fall.And your inboard brake pads are thicker than you outboard so the thicker one goes into your dust boot an pistion.
